An established manufacturing company is seeking a full time entry level Administrative Assistant.This position will be to perform clerical functions including, but not limited, to the following
* Answering, handling, and screening phone calls.
* Handling documents such as opening/sending, sort, and distribute correspondence (e.g. faxes, emails, filing, scanning, etc)
* Addministrative support for all personnel.
* Typing documents (e.g. emails, proposals, & letters)
* Perform other functions as may be required by the job or as needed by the position.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Able to type 55 wpm (min.)
* Computer skills: must know Microsoft word, Excel & Outlook.
* (1) year office experience
* Reliable transportation
* Must be extremely organized & efficient with time and accurate with their work.
* Energetic, motivated, dependable, loyal, trustworthy,
* Good verbal and written communications skills.
* Must have excellent attendance record.
